DMCA / Copyright Policy

HunterScan respects the intellectual property rights of creators, publishers, and rights holders. If you believe content hosted on HunterScan infringes your copyright, we want to hear from you and will act on valid requests promptly.
How to submit a takedown request
Send your request by email to manga2481@proton.me with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request". To process your request without delay, please include all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (title, and if possible, an official source or registration reference).
- The exact URL(s) on HunterScan where the allegedly infringing content appears — a series or chapter link, not just a series name.
- Proof of your right to make the claim — for example, documentation showing you are the copyright owner, an authorized publisher, or an agent authorized to act on the owner's behalf (a licensing agreement, publisher credential, or similar). Requests without any indication of standing to claim the rights will be treated as informal reports, not formal takedown notices, and may take longer to act on.
- Your contact information — full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens after we receive a valid notice
We will review the request, and if it meets the requirements above, remove or disable access to the identified content promptly, typically within a few business days. We keep a record of takedown requests and repeated, substantiated infringement associated with the same uploaded content may result in it being permanently removed from the Service.
Counter-notification
If you believe content was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with: the specific content and its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, your contact information, and your physical or electronic signature. We will evaluate counter-notices in good faith and may restore content where appropriate.
Repeat infringement
We may suspend or terminate the accounts of users or contributors found to be repeat infringers of third-party intellectual property rights.
